Reports to:
Project Manager / General Manager

• Making the plan for site mobilization, initial construction planning, site mobilization and resource planning.
• Made detailed BOQ, prepare material & Drawing submittal logs, procurement schedule and obtaining approvals from consultants.
• Submit shop drawings, material submittals, technical submittals and get the same approved from consultants, clients.
• Prepare Project scheduling, allocation of works to various teams, labor groups & subcontractors.
• Conduct daily, weekly meetings with staff, suppliers, subcontractors.
• Monitor the works at site and execute as per approved method statement, drawings and as per main contractors requirement.
• Make quality and safety plan and ensure implementation of that.
• Avoid occurrence of Site Instructions and Non Conformance reports and close the same if any immediately.
• Make billing schedule and collection of payments from clients.
• Maintain the profitability of the company and company’s overall image in good shape.
• Assist other departments for technical support.
• Develop a training program for new recruits and engineers.
• Manage workers distributions and utilization at various sites.
• Manage workers performance, skill utilization based on requirement of works.
• Keep control on all resources, tools, material storage, management of consumables.
• Coordinate with transport arrangement for proper allocation of transports and vehicles.

• Min 3-5 years of Experience in MEP, HVAC Projects.
• Engineering degree / MBA.
• Good analytics, Excel Skills and communication Skills.
• Must be a good planner and have proven skills work out best project execution methods.
• Must be goal-oriented, self-starting, and energetic, and must have a genuine empathy for customers along with willingness to help others.
