We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Draftsman with strong expertise in MEP designs to join our team. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in preparing detailed drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting service drawings.
- Develop shop drawings
, detailed design drawings,
BOQs
, and quantity take-offs in compliance with project specifications and industry standards. - Coordinate mechanical layouts with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash‑free designs.
- Revise drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and consultant feedback.
- Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of GCC experience in MEP drafting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
. - Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
. - Good understanding of industry codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Knowledge of BIM / Revit is an added advantage.
