• Oversee the full workflow across the factory and site.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to review drawing feasibility.
• Align production and erection progress with the site schedule.
• Review MEP service drawings and resolve clashes.
• Arrange and track material requirements and deliveries.
• Coordinate with transport suppliers for smooth logistics.
• Supervise production, assembly, loading, and erection processes.
• Coordinate with the site team regarding running progress.
• Monitor all processes to stay within budget.
• Ensure safety compliance and hold safety meetings with workers.
• Support documentation, recordkeeping, and technical submissions.
• Monitor equipment and mold conditions; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and update daily, monthly, and forecast production plans.

Educational Qualifications, Experience, and

Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in production engineering
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
