Structural Design Engineer

The Structural Design Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and detailing structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that structures are safe, code-compliant, economical, and constructible, while meeting client and project requirements.

• Design and analyze structural systems including concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical specifications
• Develop structural drawings and details using CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documents
• Provide technical support during construction, including site visits and inspections
• Identify and resolve structural design issues and value-engineering opportunities
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• [X+] years of experience in structural design and analysis
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, IS codes, ASCE)
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP
  2000, STAAD, RAM)
• Experience with BIM and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent licensure preferred or in progress
