  Review, analyze, and compare subcontractor/supplier bids (cost, quality, reliability).
• Negotiation
  :
  Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers and contractors.
• Sourcing
  :
  Identify and select suitable MEP suppliers and contractors.

• Cost Monitoring
  :
  Track expenditures, compare against budget, report variances.
• Contract Admin
  :
  Manage MEP contracts, handle variations, claims, and change orders.
• Measurement
  :
  Measure and value work done on-site for payments.
• Final Account
  :
  Settle final accounts for MEP works.

• Liaison
  :
  Work with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, Architects.
• Reporting

  Provide financial updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
