Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Job Type: Site-based | Immediate Joining
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate MEP works on site including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and report daily/weekly progress to management.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project procedures.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Support facility management-related coordination when required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Dubai Emirate as an MEP Site Engineer.
- Must have hands-on exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
- Building project experience is mandatory.
- Background in Facility Management or Contractor environment is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is mandatory.
- Must be site-oriented and comfortable working across multiple locations.
