A leading real estate development firm in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Expeditor / Material Engineer (MEP) to ensure the procurement and delivery of approved MEP materials in line with project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include expediting purchase orders, managing material approvals, and coordinating with various teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and authority processes is essential.
