Job Title: Estimation Engineer
Role: A vital member of the engineering and construction team responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for projects across various sectors. This includes estimating costs for materials, labor, equipment, and the overall timeline necessary for successful project completion. The Estimation Engineer must understand project plans and specifications and ensure that all potential costs are accounted for, mitigating financial risks. Collaboration with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders is essential to develop comprehensive bid proposals and strategies.

A strong background in engineering principles, analytical skills, and proficiency in estimation software and tools are required to produce accurate forecasts.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects based on engineering specifications.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards in estimation.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost estimation within the engineering or construction sector.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for precise and accurate estimation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with current market trends and material costs is highly advantageous.
