About the ClientOne of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors.
Job Description- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost breakdowns for aluminium & glass façade systems.
- Analyze tender documents, manage RFQs, obtain supplier/subcontractor pricing, and prepare competitive bids within deadlines.
- Review façade designs, propose value engineering options, ensure compliance, and identify risks, assumptions, and exclusions.
- Support tender handover, variations, change order pricing, cost control, and maintain cost benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in façade estimation for aluminium & glass systems. UAE driving license is a plus.
- Proficiency in estimation tools, Excel, AutoCAD and interpretation of façade drawings, and specifications.
