Overview
We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high-end villa construction projects.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator
- Strong experience in villa or residential projects (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of local authority regulations and MEP standards
- Experience with luxury or high-end villa projects
- Knowledge of authority approvals and inspections
