The QSHE Coordinator will be responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the QSHE Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, support audits, drive corrective actions, and promote a strong QSHE culture across the Motors Division.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure processes required for the QSHE Management System are established, implemented, and maintained in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Prepare, implement, revise, maintain, and update QSHE manuals, procedures, formats, and other documented information.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and conduct internal audits; document and report audit findings.
- Identify actual and potential nonconformities and issue Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs).
- Collect, analyze, and report customer satisfaction survey results; register customer complaints and related nonconformities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and timely closure of NCRs.
- Support certification, renewal, and recertification audits with certifying bodies, as well as external and client audits.
- Prepare monthly QSHE performance reports, including objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate QSHE system performance against defined targets.
- Conduct internal QSHE training in line with the annual training plan.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of Management Review Meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Internal QHSEMS Auditors & NEBOSH/IOSH Certification are a must.
- Proven experience in a QSHE/QHSE role, preferably within automotive, industrial, or similar sectors.
