We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4
HANA Functional Consultant with strong expertise across PP, QM, PM and PS modules and proven experience in both Construction and Manufacturing industries. This role requires a deep understanding of production planning, shop floor control, capacity planning, and MRP to support efficient manufacturing operations and process improvements. In addition, the consultant must have strong knowledge of Project System functionalities to support end-to-end project lifecycle management, particularly in construction and manufacturing industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP processes that integrate manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and project operations.
- Conducts user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation designs. Follow best practices and SAP functionality in system.
- Process Design & Implementation:
Collaborate with stakeholders from both construction and manufacturing industries to design and optimize business processes. - SAP Configuration:
Provide functional expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP QM (Quality Management), SAP PS (Project Systems), and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance). - Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend best practices leveraging SAP functionalities. - Project Management:
Lead or support SAP implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Training & Support:
Provide training and provide ongoing functional support to business users to ensure full adoption of SAP functionalities. - Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest SAP S/4
HANA features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive process improvement. - Support construction project lifecycle management from initiation to closure, integrating project planning, procurement, and cost control.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PS and SAP PM.
