We are looking for a Lead Engineer specialized in Homologation & Regulatory Compliance.

• Responsible for regulatory compliance and certification processes across regional and international markets.
• Manages end-to-end product approval cycles liaises with regulatory authorities and ensures alignment with evolving standards.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to support product readiness market entry and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Engineeringor a related technical field
• 3 years of experience in Homologation
• Strong understanding of regional and international regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Experience working with government agencies and certification bodies
• Skilled in risk assessment documentation and regulatory reporting
• Comfortable working in multicultural and fast-paced environments
• Willing to travel regionally or internationally as required
