The Senior L3 Network Administrator / Network Architect will serve as the primary technical authority for designing, securing, and optimizing enterprise and hybrid‑cloud network architectures. This role is essential for ensuring high availability, leading escalations, and driving strategic improvements across mission‑critical infrastructure.

In this role, you will own the architectural direction, design governance, and technical integrity of complex Cisco and Palo Alto‑based networks across a large‑scale enterprise. You will oversee hybrid cloud connectivity in Microsoft Azure, implement Zero Trust network strategies, and lead the final tier of escalation for high‑impact incidents. Additionally, you will optimize enterprise LAN/WAN and SD‑WAN architectures, manage Cisco DNAC, ISE, wireless controllers, and F5 load balancers, and provide mentorship to engineering teams.

This is a demanding, high‑visibility leadership role requiring deep expertise and hands‑on ability in architecting secure, resilient, and scalable networks.

• Lead end‑to‑end network architecture ownership, including HLD/LLD creation and design governance.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex L3 and business‑critical network incidents.
• Architect and implement Zero Trust network frameworks and enterprise security posture.
• Design and optimize hybrid cloud networking with Microsoft Azure (VNet, UDR, VPN GW).
• Lead strategic improvements across LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, BGP, OSPF, and enterprise routing.
• Oversee Cisco DNAC, ISE, WLC, and enterprise wireless ecosystems.
• Manage and optimize F5 load balancing and application delivery infrastructures.
• Design, migrate, and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Cisco FTD firewall solutions.
• Participate in Change Advisory processes and drive technical excellence across the engineering team.
• Provide mentorship, technical reviews, and architectural guidance.

• CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or Security) — Mandatory
• MOFA‑attested degree — Mandatory
• 8–10+ years in senior L3 engineering or architectural roles
• Advanced expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls, Zero Trust, and Cisco FTD
• Strong Azure networking experience (VNet, UDR, VPN GW, hybrid connectivity)
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, SD‑WAN, and enterprise routing
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco DNAC, ISE, WLC, and wireless deployments
• Proficiency with F5 load balancers and application delivery
• Proven leadership in large enterprise or mission‑critical environments

• PCNSE certification
• Microsoft AZ‑700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate)
• F5 professional certification
• ITIL 4 Certification
• Experience with network automation or IaC tools
