Engineer - Fit

Overview

Summary: The Engineer - Fit Out will be responsible for overseeing and managing all fit-out activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of fit-out projects.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately implement fit-out designs.
• Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team on fit-out processes and materials.
• Resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the fit-out phase.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working in fit-out projects within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
