Union Properties is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing, upgrading, and delivering large-scale infrastructure works across our developments.
Key Requirements- Strong Dubai experience is a MUST
- Proven working relationships with Dubai authorities and utility providers (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, Dubai Municipality, etc.)
- Solid utilities and infrastructure experience within real estate or mixed-use developments
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, services)
- Lead design review, coordination, and approvals with consultants and authorities
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and enhancements
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and authority requirements
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality
- Support handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure projects in Dubai
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
