We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to manage the processing of technical test reports. You will oversee the transition of raw data from the laboratory floor and construction sites into professional, error-free reports. Your primary goal is to ensure that all concrete and soil test data is entered accurately, verified against project specifications, and issued to clients within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Workflow Management:
Supervise the data entry team to ensure best practical turnaround time for fresh concrete and durability test reports. - Technical Validation:
Review raw data sheets from technicians to identify anomalies. - Report Generation:
- Compressive Strength:
Cube/Cylinder breaking results. - Durability: RCP, Water Permeability, Water Absorption and Chloride Diffusion.
- Soil: FDT, Proctor, Atterberg limits and Sieve Analysis Etc.

- Database Oversight:
Maintain the integrity of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and ensure all digital backups are secure. - Specification Compliance:
Cross-Reference test results against project-specific requirements. - Client Coordination:
Act as the point of contact for clients regarding report status, corrections, or digital portal uploads.
- Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in a data entry or documentation role, specifically within a Civil Engineering or Construction Materials Laboratory. - Technical Literacy:
Strong understanding of concrete testing terminology. - Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and experience with LIMS software. - Leadership:
Proven ability to manage a small team and handle high-pressure deadlines. - Attention to Detail:
Ability to spot errors in technical calculations or mismatched sample IDs that others might miss.
