We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Ankara, Türkiye as a Regional Technical Controlling Engineer.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support the achievement of company and regional objectives by closely monitoring technical performance, operational efficiency, and investment effectiveness across regional plants, in close collaboration with plant management, finance, and technical teams.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly technical and production KPIs across regional plants.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data inputs received from plants; challenge deviations and investigate root causes of KPI fluctuations.
  • Prepare and publish monthly and quarterly technical performance reports, translating plant-level data into clear, actionable insights for regional and global stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost analyses, savings calculations, and optimization studies with a strong focus on energy efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Support investment planning, budgeting, and feasibility studies (new products, raw materials, technologies, or investments), considering plant suitability and regional priorities.
  • Support HSE-related technical evaluations in coordination with local and regional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Maintenance, HSE, Sustainability, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Production teams across the region.
  • Serve as a key interface between finance, factory management, and technical functions, especially during reporting, budgeting, and investment cycles.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for regional and global meetings, ensuring clarity and decision-oriented reporting.
What we’d love for you to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or technical operations in global environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into insights.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in reporting, KPI tracking, and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with plant and regional teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills, resilience, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent command of English, enabling effective communication with regional and global teams.
  • Based in Ankara or willing to relocate; international travel required.
