• Create and design technical building Electrical materials for submissions, encompassing concept, schematic, detail design stages, as well as authority submissions and approvals.
• Foster collaboration with multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.) both internally and externally to incorporate diverse ideas and inputs from the initial concept stage.
• Comply with authority design regulations/guidelines and secure necessary approvals, engaging in dialogs and meetings with authorities as required.
• Utilize Revit (BIM) in coordination with the Technical and Technology Teams to produce high-quality drawings and develop data-rich BIM.
• Employ a working knowledge of Estidama, Green Building, and LEED criteria, applying experience to projects involving sustainability aspects.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when necessary to resolve issues and lead and mentor other Electrical Team members, ensuring timely submission of deliverables to the highest standards.
