Service Delivery Coordinator – Coiled Tubing
Overview We are a leader in well construction and production, offering innovative physical and digital solutions that improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value. Our Pressure Pumping team specializes in Cementing, Coiled Tubing and Stimulation.
Responsibilities- Field Leadership & Emergency Response:
Maintain 24/7 readiness to deploy to rig/well sites for emergencies. - On‑site support for service delivery challenges, including equipment failures and client troubleshooting.
- Audit & Compliance:
Conduct proactive field audits on crew adherence to SOPs. - Lead formal audit reviews directly with Aramco Operations and Quality departments.
- Contribute to projects as a team member.
- Equipment & Project Readiness:
Manage long‑term equipment readiness for upcoming projects and new startups. - Act as focal point between Engineering, AMO, and Readiness teams for high‑profile job planning.
- Continuous Improvement:
Ensure "Lessons Learned" are applied to every job. - Coordinate directly with Supervisors post‑job to capture and institutionalize operational improvements.
- Follow and record internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 10+ years experience in Coiled Tubing.
- Extensive experience navigating Aramco standard practices, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
- Deep technical background in various coiled tubing applications, with expertise in nitrogen handling and high‑pressure pumping involved in CTD applications.
- Proven ability to manage equipment contingencies and maintain client confidence under pressure.
- Boots‑on‑the‑ground approach to auditing and coaching crews before issues arise.
- Fluent English; fluent Arabic is a plus.
