Job DescriptionPosition: Quantity Surveyor (Civil Engineering & Steel Structures)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 1-year contract
Our esteemed client based in Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with specialized experience in civil engineering and steel structures. This position is ideal for professionals eager to expand their career internationally.
Key Qualifications- Experience: 6 to 24 months in civil engineering, particularly with steel structures. Experience in substations is highly advantageous.
- Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Residency: Open to South African nationals looking to relocate.
- Other Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Dubai for the duration of the project.
- Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.
- Undertake cost analysis for project work and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Measure, value, submit, and negotiate contract variations.
