Job Description- Attend inspections, preventive/corrective maintenance and PPM services by subcontractors.
- Check MEP operation on a daily basis for smooth operation.
- Prepare MEP reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Prepare schedule for daily MEP work.
- Record keeping (PPM reports, schedules, and third‑party inspection certificates).
- Minimize operation-related comments by third parties.
- Support BMMS team for inspections.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Minimum of 8 years of similar experience.
