Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 120000 - 200000 AED Yearly AED 120000.00 200000.00 YEAR

Responsibilities

Support the technical support work, such as preparing product solutions, solving technical problems, conducting product presentation, etc.;

Responsible for bidding work, including technical issues solving on the bid opening site, and achieve the target together with the sales staff;

Complete information collection, collation and analysis of related industries;

Conduct technical training and guidance for patners, agents and key customers according to business needs.

Provide solution and technical support for collaborated customers.

Qualifications

Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or related majors

Have at least 5 years’ experience as presales and have a background in telecommunication, especially in Tetra, DMR P25, LTE or other telecommunication standards;

Good communication skills. Fluent in Arabic as a working language (Conversation and Writing)

Behavioral skills: excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, sense of urgency, dynamism.
