A leading contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their project team. This role requires strong expertise in both pre-tender and post-contract stages with key responsibilities, including preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and evaluating contract variations. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in road and infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential, alongside excellent communication skills. Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
