Site Technical Manager - Architecture

A Site Technical Manager oversees a project's technical aspects, bridging design and construction by managing technical teams, ensuring quality, resolving issues, and guaranteeing compliance with standards, specifications and safety regulations, from planning through completion, coordinating engineers, consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on time and budget.

• Project Oversight

  Manage technical delivery, ensuring it aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Team Leadership

  Lead, mentor, and coordinate technical teams, including engineers and coordinators.
• Design & Documentation
  :
  Review drawings, manage technical submittals (shop drawings, materials), and ensure constructability.
• Stakeholder Coordination

  Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and queries.
• Quality & Compliance
  :
  Enforce technical standards, quality control, and adherence to safety (HSE) regulations.
• Problem Solving

  Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and manage design changes.
• Reporting

  Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report on technical aspects.
