Facility Engineer - Health and Wellness - HVAC, Electrical, MEP

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Engineer to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational performance of our clinic facilities and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and clinical support systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, preventative maintenance experience, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functional clinical environment for staff and patients.

• 3–7+ years’ experience in facility engineering or building maintenance
• Experience working in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or commercial facilities preferred

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS)
• Understanding of health & safety and facility compliance regulations

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, safety compliance) preferred

Salary budget: 8-10,000 AED per month + medical + visa
