• Conduct thorough on‑site inspections of structural elements in building projects throughout Dubai
• Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approved plans specific to Dubai and the UAE
• Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non‑compliant work with a keen analytical eye
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records using efficient data management systems
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
• Provide well‑reasoned recommendations for corrective actions when necessary
• Stay updated on local building codes, international standards, and industry best practices
• Participate in project meetings and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Organize and prioritize multiple inspection tasks to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and structural integrity

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural inspection or a related field out of which 3 years minimum with a Consultant.
• In‑depth knowledge of building regulations, particularly those specific to Dubai and the UAE
• Proficiency in structural inspection techniques and methodologies
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills for efficient report writing and data management
• Comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to various project locations in Dubai
• Familiarity with international structural inspection standards
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and construction environments
• Valid UAE driver's license for site visits
• Physical fitness to navigate construction sites safely
