Job Description
- Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors.
- Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation.
- Preparing MEP Reports (Daily / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly).
- Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work.
- Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates).
- Minimize operation related comments by Third Party.
- Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections.
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university
- Need a valid UAE driving license
- Must have a mionimum of 8 years of similar experience
