Coordinate the entire process of survey and design for geotechnical engineering projects in the Middle East (including foundation pits, foundations, ground treatment, slopes, etc.), formulate localized design schemes and implementation plans, and ensure that design results comply with local regulations, international standards, and the group's technical requirements.Lead the team in conducting in-depth analysis of engineering data using geotechnical and structural calculation software, review and optimize design schemes for major projects, solve complex technical problems in design and construction, and improve the quality and efficiency of project design.Be responsible for the establishment, management and training of the local design team, including personnel recruitment, work assignment, performance appraisal and professional training, to build an efficient and collaborative technical team.Cooperate to complete the work docking with the design institute of the group headquarters, synchronize key project design information and technical progress, respond to the requirements of the headquarters for the implementation of technical standards and result review, and ensure smooth cross-regional technical collaboration.Coordinate internal and external docking of major projects, accompany the marketing team to solve technical negotiation problems, connect with local owners, supervisors and constructors, and provide on-site technical support and design disclosure.Study local geotechnical engineering technical specifications, geological conditions and environmental protection requirements in the Middle East, formulate localized design compliance standards, and ensure the compliance of project design and construction.Complete other technical management related work assigned by the group and subsidiaries.Job Requirements
Chinese nationality, with a full-time master's degree or above, majoring in Civil Engineering (geotechnical direction) or Geotechnical Engineering.More than 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering design, more than 3 years of team management experience, with design experience in municipal, highway or overseas geotechnical engineering projects, and those with project experience in the Middle East are preferred.Proficiency in local geotechnical engineering regulations in the Middle East, international design standards (such as BS, ASTM) and professional technical specifications, mastery of geotechnical design software, mapping software and office software, and solid theoretical foundation and ability to solve complex problems.Good team management and cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources and promote efficient project implementation.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to skillfully carry out technical communication and document processing, and those with basic Arabic skills are preferred.Strong sense of responsibility and outstanding professionalism, able to work in the Middle East for a long time, and adapt to the overseas working environment and cross-regional collaboration mode.#J-18808-Ljbffr
