Role OverviewAlpago Design & Build is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, authority coordination, and technical delivery for high-end residential, villa, and mixed-use developments in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, hands‑on authority approval experience, and the ability to manage multiple Dubai-based projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Electrical Design Review & Coordination- Lead the review and coordination of electrical design deliverables in compliance with Dubai authority requirements.
- Ensure full coordination of electrical systems with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Liaise with external consultants, authorities (DEWA, DM, DCD), and Architect of Record to ensure approval compliance.
- Prepare and review DEWA, DM, and DCD submission drawings and documents.
- Address authority comments and ensure timely approvals.
- Ensure all electrical drawings meet Dubai standards, project specifications, and authority regulations.
- Maintain proper revision control, documenttracking, and QA/QC procedures.
- Provide technical support during construction, including RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections.
- Ensure installations comply with approved authority drawings and design intent.
- Support value engineering and technical clarifications without compromising authority compliance.
- Maintain records of authority approvals, revisions, and technical correspondence.
- Report progress, risks, and coordination issues to management
- Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in Electrical Engineering design within the UAE
- Prior experience as a Electrical Engineer on villas, residential, mixed-use, or high-end developments in Dubai is highly preferred
