MEP Project Engineer; rs

We are seeking a qualified and experienced
MEP Engineer with a minimum of5 years of proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works within the UAE construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP design, execution, coordination, and quality control to ensure smooth project delivery in compliance with Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.

(DEWA LISENCE MANDATORY)

• Review, interpret, and implement MEP drawings, designs, and specifications
  .
• Plan, schedule, and supervise MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting).
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense regulations
  . (DEWA LISENCE MANDATORY)
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
  .
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
  .
• Handle MEP quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and cost control
  .
• Support in resolving technical issues, RFIs, and site conflicts
  .
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare project progress reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP works (buildings/villas/commercial projects).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems
  .
• Familiarity with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other authority standards
  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office
  .
• Strong project coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
