Manager Engineer – Technical

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Engineer – Technical to lead and manage engineering projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or infrastructure engineering and be capable of overseeing technical planning, design, and execution while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and best practices.

• Lead technical planning, design reviews, and project coordination to ensure smooth execution of engineering projects.
• Approve shop drawings, method statements, and engineering calculations for compliance and accuracy.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and ensure project alignment.
• Ensure all engineering work adheres to codes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to enhance project delivery and problem-solving.
• Monitor project deliverables to maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–9 years of relevant experience in infrastructure design, technical engineering, or related roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and STAAD for design and analysis purposes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage client and team interactions effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines.
