The Middle East entity, based in Dubai, specializes in HP and LP piping fabrication, engineering, project management and personnel deployment services, allowing service delivery to clients worldwide. • Participating in project kick‑off meetings and technical surveys (onshore/offshore)
• Preparing bids and client offers, including estimation and supplier coordination
• Supporting project execution through planning, scheduling, and client follow‑up
• Coordinating engineering deliverables and ensuring timely drawing issuance
• Managing procurement, prefabrication, and logistics in line with project needs
• Overseeing installation phases, including team mobilization and site support
• Leading project close‑out activities, including profitability analysis and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering project execution, preferably in the oil and gas sector
• Familiarity with high‑pressure piping systems and steel fabrication

• Strong understanding of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW)
• Knowledge of standards such as ASME B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWS D1.1
• Experience with project planning, estimation, and execution cycles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or equivalent)
