- Working towards professional membership in Urban Design or Architecture preferred
- Experience in urban and master planning, urban economics, policy and development strategy
- Strong analytical modelling skills for population, employment, land demand and infrastructure
- Expertise in scenario planning, resilience and risk analysis
- Experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder coordination skills

Job Description- Lead urban strategies, masterplans, policy frameworks and feasibility studies
- Shape long term visions aligned with national agendas, economic diversification and sustainability goals
- Advise on land use optimization and development positioning
- Develop analytical models for demographic and infrastructure projections
- Lead scenario planning and resilience strategies
- Oversee multidisciplinary projects ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Produce and review socio economic studies, business cases and development projections
- Maintain and grow relationships with government and private sector clients
- Support business development and contribute to methodology improvements
