We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Biomedical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role is ideal for someone passionate eager to learn, and ready to build strong relationships with hospitals, and procurement team while supporting healthcare facilities with installation, troubleshooting, and technical assistance for medical software and systems. • Provide software support and troubleshooting for medical devices
• Install, configure, and maintain medical equipment and related IT systems
• Deliver on-site technical field support to hospitals and clinics
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors when needed
• Ensure timely service reporting and documentation
• Provide user training and post-installation support

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in medical device/healthcare sales (fresh graduates with strong drive will also be considered).
• Experience with medical devices or healthcare IT systems preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Currently Based in UAE
• A Valid UAE driving license
