• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in transportation safety analysis and crash investigation
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations, audit methodologies, and compliance frameworks
• Experience conducting safety audits and risk mitigation planning for infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in crash data analysis tools and GIS‑based safety mapping
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
