- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical site inspection within the UAE.
- Strong experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, mixed‑use).
- Excellent understanding of UAE codes and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, ADQCC, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of mechanical standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and inspection software (advantage).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple site tasks.
