As a Strategy Leader at Siemens Energy you will engage in meaningful projects that define solutions to complex initiatives, driving growth and innovation within the global business. • Manage strategic projects and identify growth initiatives, collaborating with business leaders to implement plans effectively.
• Lead management reviews for Executive board decisions, delivering comprehensive internal strategy business reviews and external presentations.
• Support the evaluation of Portfolio management within Grid Technologies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Spearhead special and one-off projects, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a strong network within Siemens Energy to drive strategic initiatives.
• Utilize your deep energy industry experience to challenge existing paradigms and propose new business ideas.

• Over 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in senior strategy roles, with a proven track record in delivering complex initiatives and market analysis.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy sector, preferably within Grid Technologies, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends.
• A Master’s degree is preferred, showcasing advanced knowledge and expertise.
• Ability to work across functions and organizational boundaries, quickly mobilizing stakeholders and resources for strategic projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the capability to structure and solve complex problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrated in diverse environments, with a commitment to exceeding objectives and delivering under tight deadlines.
