Field Duty Manager – OFS (Telecom) | UAE🚀

We are looking for an experienced Field Duty Manager – OFS (Telecom) to lead and manage Corrective & Preventive Maintenance (O&M) activities across UAE telecom sites.

The role covers Mobile Systems including 5G, Public Wi-Fi, Core Telecom, Enterprise Radio Links, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and associated infrastructure.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring network reliability, operational excellence, SLA adherence, and business continuity.

• Manage traffic activities (Provisioning, Cessations, Re-routing)
• Ensure prompt attendance of network failures (hardware & system issues)
• Oversee planned outages and hazardous maintenance activities
• Support acceptance and integration of new projects
• Review productivity, resource utilization, and deployment efficiency
• Ensure O&M compliance with:
• International telecom regulatory standards
• Organizational policies & KPIs
• Guide field teams in complex rectification and troubleshooting cases
• Conduct regular audits of field staff and equipment readiness
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE & safety standards (Company & Customer requirements)
• Monitor SLA-based snag rectification and monthly PM targets
• Prepare incident investigation reports for insurance/police coordination
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for site visits & data support
• Represent the section in management meetings and generate reports on:
• Business continuity
• Contractor governance
• Manage outsourced teams as per contractual agreements
• Conduct independent site visits (Valid UAE Driving License mandatory)

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed university

• 12–15 years in Telecom Field Operations & Maintenance (Mandatory)
