Sr. Planning Engineer – Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Prepare baseline programmes in compliance with contract conditions and project scope.
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Establish logic-linked schedules using CPM (Critical Path Method).
- Define milestones, key interfaces, and resource allocations.
- Prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly dashboards).
- Generate S-curves (planned vs. actual).
- Develop manpower histograms and resource reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in project planning (construction/engineering environment).
- Proficiency in planning software Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in Hotel, high-rise, or large-scale building projects (preferred).
