• Lead full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure, master planning, and hospitality construction projects in Dubai.
• Act as PMC lead, coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet scope, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project execution plans covering design, procurement, risk, quality, and communication strategies.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design management from concept through IFC, ensuring integrated and buildable solutions.
• Chair design coordination meetings and manage value engineering initiatives across infrastructure and hotel assets.
• Supervise hotel refurbishment programmes, including phasing and operational coordination to minimize disruption.
• Monitor project performance, prepare executive progress reports, and proactively manage risks and mitigation plans.
• Interface with clients, hospitality operators, regulatory authorities, and contractors to secure timely approvals and decisions.
• Manage contract administration, variations, claims support, and performance evaluation of project partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project stages.
• Support procurement processes including consultant appointments, RFP preparation, evaluations, and contractor selection.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure and master planning developments.
• Strong background in hospitality and hotel refurbishment projects within the UAE.
• Proven PMC experience overseeing large and complex multi‑project programmes.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary design teams across architecture, structure, MEP, and infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of UAE regulations, codes, and approval processes.
• Strong experience in contract management, change control, and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
