A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) to manage cost planning, estimating, and commercial analysis for MEP and Utilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and 5-10 years of pre-contract experience, preferably in the UAE. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities, conducting market research on rates, and supporting tender submissions.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CostX are essential. Competitive compensation is offered.
