What You’ll Lead and Deliver- Lead the technical execution of assigned Electrical projects from concept through final delivery.
- Act as the primary technical focal point for all engineering‑related activities.
- Ensure complete technical coordination across all package disciplines.
- Ensure technical readiness of the package for manufacturing, testing, and final delivery.
- Coordinate and review technical design and integration for LV/MV Switchgear, Transformers, UPS / DC Systems, VFDs / MCCs, Bus Duct Systems, Lighting & Small Power, HVAC, Fire & Gas / Fire Alarm Systems, Building / Structural Interfaces, Earthing and Cable Routing.
- Review customer specifications and technical requirements.
- Support proposal development through technical inputs, layouts, and solution definition.
- Provide technical support during project execution, manufacturing, and commissioning phases.
- Review and coordinate key engineering deliverables including SLDs, GA Drawings, Equipment Layouts, Datasheets, Cable Routing Drawings, Earthing Layouts, Auxiliary System Drawings, Interface Drawings, and Testing and Inspection Documentation.
- Coordinate, lead, and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities for E-House packages and associated equipment.
- Ensure all systems are properly integrated and technically ready for inspection, testing, and customer witnessing.
- Review and align test procedures, FAT checklists, inspection plans, and test protocols for package components and integrated systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Participate in and technically lead integrated package testing, including interface verification between electrical and auxiliary systems.
- Support resolution and closure of FAT punch points, test observations, and technical non‑conformities.
- Ensure that testing outcomes are documented and aligned with project requirements and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable international standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, internal engineering teams, manufacturing teams, and project stakeholders.
- Support site technical queries, SAT, and commissioning‑related activities.
- Identify and resolve technical risks, interface issues, testing gaps, and design conflicts.
- Support engineering standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure technical quality and readiness throughout engineering, assembly, testing, and delivery phases.
