Civil Substation Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction activities for substation projects, including foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, equipment plinths, and roads.
- Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and design teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper material usage and workmanship.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage quantities, measurements, and assist in billing/invoicing.
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in substation construction projects (132 kV / 400 kV preferred).
- Strong knowledge of civil works related to substations.
