Civil Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Infrastructure Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure works within a premium real estate development environment. The role involves ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, and drainage systems.

• Infrastructure Design & Planning:
  • Assist in the design and development of infrastructure systems including roads, utilities, drainage, and sewer networks.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations and international standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants and design teams for project requirements.
• Project Execution & Site Coordination:
  • Supervise and monitor infrastructure works on-site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
  • Ensure work is executed per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Ensure all infrastructure works meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and monitor construction quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Utilities & Services Coordination:
  • Coordinate with authorities and service providers for utilities such as water, electricity, and telecom.
  • Ensure timely approvals and clearances for infrastructure works.
  • Monitor installation and integration of utility services.
  • Ensure alignment of infrastructure with overall project requirements.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation.
  • Maintain records of drawings, approvals, and project changes.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and project handover.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical inputs.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
  • Support smooth execution of infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering within real estate or construction industries.
• Experience in roads, drainage, and utility works is preferred.
• UAE project experience and knowledge of local authority requirements is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure design and execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
