QHSE Trainee; UAE NATIONAL

ALPLA PLASTIC MIDDLE EAST INDUSTRIES L.L.C.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HSE standards.
• Assist in conducting quality inspections, in-process checks, and product audits.
• Participate in non-conformity investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Conduct safety walks, hazard identification, and workplace inspections.
• Assist in risk assessments, incident reporting, and safety documentation.
• Monitor compliance with PPE usage, safe operating procedures, and machine safety.
• Support environmental initiatives including waste management, recycling, and resource monitoring.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, logs, and reports for audits and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure QHSE compliance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety awareness, and environmental responsibility.

• UAE National with Family Book
• Degreein Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is a strong advantage.
• Willing to work in Saih Shuaib - Dubai Industrial City Area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
