Requisition Number: 24338
Title: Civil Engineer – Water Drainage and Storm Water Networks
Stantec is looking to hire a Civil Engineer with experience in water drainage and stormwater networks in Dubai.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in design, construction, and supervision of water and sewerage infrastructure.
- Previous experience on DM projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s existing infrastructure networks and local authority standards.
- Design, construction, and supervision of water pipelines, sewers, rising mains, and pumping stations.
- Plan and execute projects involving manholes, VC, WO, AV, and connection chambers.
- Implement non‑disruptive road crossings using HDD, micro‑tunneling, jack & bore techniques.
- Develop infrastructure designs and secure authority approvals.
- Manage emergency works and rapid response projects.
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other utility authorities.
- Engage with public stakeholders and provide strong supervision and communication.
