We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman with experience in the construction industry in Dubai/UAE
. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate civil and structural drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for residential, commercial, high‑rise, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and UAE construction standards.
Key Responsibilities Drafting & Drawing Preparation- Prepare detailed civil and structural shop drawings
- Develop GA drawings, section details, elevation drawings, and layout drawings
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions
- Modify and revise drawings as per consultant/client comments
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and UAE standards
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP teams
- Prepare coordinated drawings for construction execution
- Assist project teams in resolving drawing discrepancies
- Maintain drawing registers and documentation control
- Interpret construction drawings and BOQ requirements
- Prepare reinforcement detailing and concrete detailing drawings
- Support site teams with technical drafting requirements
- Ensure timely submission of drawings for approvals
- Maintain proper drawing revisions and records
- Ensure compliance with consultant standards and municipality requirements
- Prepare quantity-related drawings and detailed layouts
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Civil Drafting or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–8 years experience as Civil Draftsman
- Mandatory UAE/GCC construction industry experience
- Experience with high‑rise buildings, villas, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects (preferred)
- AutoCAD
