Black & Grey HR is hiring a Senior HVAC Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced and technically strong professional with expertise in high-rise building projects to lead HVAC engineering, site execution, and project coordination activities across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Lead and supervise HVAC works for high-rise construction projects
• Review HVAC designs, technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Ensure all HVAC activities comply with project standards, authority regulations, and safety requirements
• Track project progress, manpower, and material usage to achieve project timelines
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems and installations
• Prepare site reports and support project planning and execution activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E /
  
  B.Tech) is mandatory
• 8–13 years of experience in HVAC engineering within the construction industry
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and site management
• Ability to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Immediate availability preferred
