Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a motivated Jr. QAQC Engineer – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will support quality assurance and quality control activities for MEP works while ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures for MEP activities on-site.
• Conduct inspections and monitor MEP works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Support preparation and maintenance of QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants on quality-related matters.
• Assist in monitoring material inspections, testing activities, and method statement compliance.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and project handover activities.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation throughout project execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree / B.E /
  
  B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures and MEP systems.
• Good knowledge of project documentation and quality standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
